Restrictions:
Subscriber must be 18+ years of age and a legal resident of North Carolina to join and be eligible to receive a t-shirt. Members who do not fit these eligibility rules will be deleted from the subscriber list. Hardison & Cochran employees and their family members are not eligible to join or receive a t-shirt.

Methods of Subscribing to T-Shirt Club:
To join the Hardison & Cochran T-Shirt club you must do so by using the form located on this page. E-mails, faxes, mail ins, phone calls, submission of any other form on lawyernc.com, or any messages on various social media platforms will not be eligible.

Unsubscribing from Hardison & Cochran T-Shirt Club:
At anytime, you can unsubscribe from the Hardison & Cochran T-Shirt Club E-mails by selecting “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of any e-mail sent out. Those who unsubscribe will no longer be eligible to be selected as one of the 25 members who receive a t-shirt.

Monthly Winners:
Each month 25 t-shirts will be produced and sent out to randomly selected members who are actively subscribed to the Hardison & Cochran T-Shirt Club Email List. These 25 members will be sent that month’s t-shirt in the size they indicated when signing up and to the mailing address they listed. Winners will only receive 1 t-shirt.

Winner Restrictions:
Winners are not eligible to win in back-to-back months. Those who won in a previous month will be taken out of the drawing for the next month.

Winner Selection:
On the first day of each month, a spread sheet of currently active members will be produced in Excel. Each member will be assigned a number. 25 random numbers will be selected. The members associated with those numbers will be declared the recipients of that month’s shirt design.

Winner Contact:
The monthly email with the names of the 25 members who will receive shirts will be the only form of contact made to winners. Hardison & Cochran will not call or email winners individually unless the mailing of the shirt is returned to us.

T-Shirts:
There is no guarantee than your t-shirt will fit. Depending upon many factors including material, brand, and color the shirts produced may fit differently. While we will try to use the same shirt each month, depending on the design the shirts may vary from month to month. The only sizes available will be XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL and 3XL in unisex sizing.

Shirt Design:
Due to uncertainty of production and availability, there is no guarantee that monthly winners will receive a shirt exactly as it is depicted in the monthly e-mail. Hardison & Cochran reserves the right to change designs and colors of shirt to get them to selected members in a timely fashion.

Timeline:
Shirts will not be produced until monthly winners are selected. There may be up to a two month timeline from the time the 25 members are selected and when they receive their shirts in the mail. There is no guarantee made for when you will receive your shirt due to the uncertainty of production and availability of materials.

Shipping / Fulfillment:
Hardison & Cochran will pay for all shipping and handling associated with mailing the t-shirt to the 25 winning members each month.

Returned Mail:
If a shirt mailing is returned to Hardison & Cochran, one attempt will be made to contact the member by email and phone to obtain information to successfully mail the t-shirt again. If there is no resolution within 7 days, the shirt will be void and donated to a non-profit in Raleigh, North Carolina.

T-Shirt Sizing and Defect:
T-Shirts cannot be returned for a replacement t-shirt. A previous winner cannot exchange their t-shirt for another month’s t-shirt because they prefer the design. Each month only 25 shirts will be produced. There will not be any extra shirts. If you are a winner and there is a problem with your shirt, please e-mail William Campbell at wsc@lawyernc.com.
