Ivory Narcisse

Ivory Narcisse is the head of the Veterans Disability Division at Hardison & Cochran, where she dedicates her practice to helping secure the benefits veterans have earned through their service to our country. Narcisse is committed to guiding veterans and their families through the complex VA disability process with skill, compassion, and determination.

Narcisse earned her B.S. in Finance from McNeese State University before attending the Southern University Law Center, where she graduated magna cum laude. Her legal career was driven by a desire to be a voice for those who might otherwise go unheard. Veterans Disability law became her focus not only because of her strong foundation in administrative law but because of her deep respect for those who have served. As the wife of a veteran who honorably served for 29 years, Narcisse understands firsthand the sacrifices made by service members and their families.

For many veterans, obtaining disability compensation can be a challenging and frustrating process, often while dealing with serious health conditions or economic struggles. Narcisse finds the most rewarding part of her work in securing the benefits her clients rightfully deserve, allowing them to focus on their well-being without carrying the burden of the claims process alone. Her approach to representation is built on four key pillars: Listen, Communicate, Educate, and Advocate.

A member of the National Organization of Veterans Advocates (NOVA) and an active participant in The Veterans Consortium Pro Bono Program, where she was named Volunteer Inspiring Pro Bono (VIP), Narcisse is dedicated to serving veterans beyond her daily practice. She is also a member of the North Carolina State Bar, South Carolina Bar, and Cumberland County Bar Association.

Outside of the office, Narcisse enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling to new places, attending live music and theatrical events, trying new foods, reading nonfiction books, and sharing laughter with family and friends.
