Giveaway Entry Dates:

July 17th, 2024 – August 31st, 2024

Restrictions:

Must be 18+ years old to be eligible to win. Hardison & Cochran and Autism Society of North Carolina employees and their family are not eligible to win.

Entry Methods:

To be eligible to win you must meet all the requirements listed above and enter using the submission form located on this page only.

E-mails, faxes, mail ins, phone calls, submissions on any other submission forms on lawyernc.com, or messages on social media platforms will not be accepted as an eligible entry.

Grand Prize:

4 Tickets to North Carolina vs. James Madison Football game taking place on September 21st, 2024 in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. 

Winner Selection:

One day after the deadline for entry (September 1, 2024), a spreadsheet will be produced with a list of the names of everyone who has entered. A number will then be randomly generated. The name associated with the number on the spreadsheet will be declared the winner of the giveaway.

Contacting Winner:

After a winner is selected, Hardison & Cochran will contact the winner by e-mail and phone.

If, after 3 days, we cannot get in touch with the initial winner, the process of selecting a winner will be implemented again. This process will be used until a winner is adequately contacted and confirmed.

If the initial winner fails to meet eligibility requirements, the process of selecting a winner will be implemented once it is determined that the initial winner is ineligible.

The giveaway item cannot be substituted for cash or traded for any other items. If the game is not played due to a weather event or for any other reason, the winner will receive a $200 Gift Card to Shop.GoHeels.com.

Prize Delivery/ Fulfillment:

Tickets will be delivered electronically at no cost to the winner of the giveaway. Paper or printed tickets are not an option. Winner must download the appropriate mobile app and present the tickets at the game on a phone for entry into the stadium. When the winner is contacted, full instructions for accepting and downloading tickets will be explained.
